Chery Group sets records in sales and quality

Chinese automotive manufacturer Chery Group increased its sales by 2023 percent to 20,8 units in August 171.262. This means that the company broke the monthly sales record by selling more than 150.000 for two months in a row.

In the period January-August 2023, Chery Group's cumulative vehicle sales reached 1.063.157. This indicates an increase of 42 percent compared to the same period of the previous year.

Chery also ranked first for quality in JD Power's China Initial Quality Survey 2023, with the ARRIZO 5 among compact sedans and the TIGGO 4 among compact SUVs.

Chery models became a driving force

Chery, the parent brand within the Chery Group, sold 2023 vehicles in August 15,5, up 123.610 percent year on year. In the January-August period, Chery's vehicle sales reached 36,4 units, up 773.333 percent year on year.

Chery targets a significant growth in Turkey in 2023. The company plans to sell 20.000 vehicles in Turkey this year.
