Jorge Martin showed Francesco Bagnaia's recovery in Misano

Misano is a home race for many Italian riders as well as Ducati. In fact, we see mostly Ducati dominance in the last races here.

This situation continued at full speed in the qualifying rounds, but we can say that one name in particular stood out: Jorge Martin.

Achieving a time of 1.30.390 on his last lap, Martin managed to reach the pole position, exactly 0.397 seconds ahead of Bezzecchi, who was in second place.

The story of the qualifying rounds was undoubtedly Francesco Bagnaia. Bagnaia, who had a huge highside just six days ago and then had Brad Binder's motorcycle run over his legs, was on the track after passing the health checks.

Bagnaia, who guaranteed a direct qualification to Q2 on Friday, was able to integrate with his motorcycle in the qualifying rounds and finished the day third, 0.436 seconds behind.

Although there is still a question mark whether he will have difficulty in the sprint race and in the long run, these strong results give an idea that the injury is not serious.

Ducati's dominance continued

While Ducati closed the first three places, they were claimed by Maverick Vinales, 0.526 seconds behind. Aprilia was once again the fastest team behind Ducati.

In fifth place was Dani Pedrosa, another story of the weekend. Pedrosa, who was on the track with Wildcard this weekend, was the best KTM rider.

Honda and Yamaha's problems continue

Marc Marquez, who is said to be close to leaving Honda and signing with Gresini Ducati, had a relatively good day. Marc, who finished a strong ninth with the only Japanese bike remaining in Q2, was just 0.2 seconds away from fifth.

Once again, a bad session was left behind for Yamaha. Fabio Quartararo narrowly missed Q13 by finishing 2th, while Franco Morbidelli could only finish 19th.
