KTM could not reach a solution regarding the rider line-up for the 2024 MotoGP season

KTM has not been able to find a solution to the congestion it is experiencing with five riders under contract for four motorcycles for the 2024 MotoGP season.

Pedro Acosta, who is seen as the Moto2 championship leader and future champion, will come to MotoGP next season after KTM activated his contract for 2024.

Brad Binder and Jack Miller have contracts to remain in the factory team. Tech3 riders Pol Espargaro and Augusto Fernandez also have contracts with KTM for next season.

While Acosta seems likely to be in Tech3, it is thought that KTM will pit Espargaro and Fernandez against each other to see who will remain in the team.

However, according to rumors that emerged last week, Miller was offered a contract twice the size and 2024 wild cards to replace Acosta in 10.

Speaking before the San Marino Grand Prix this weekend, Miller, who is about to become a father for the first time, denied these allegations.

When asked about the rumors, Miller said, “Was he Spanish? “I don't even know who you are.”

“This doesn't bother me. Even if you're not, it's nice to have your name in the headlines.”

“So, that's how it works. “I'm pretty pleased, I've got a pretty busy few weeks ahead of me so I don't need to focus my attention on this nonsense.”

“I was waiting for something to arrive in my mailbox to sign!”

“But no, that's not true. “I know what I have to do at KTM, what they hired me for and what we are here to do.”

“That's what we're here to do, take them to the next level. It's a good problem for KTM at the moment because 12 months ago I was fighting to ride this thing. Not my problem." He replied:

According to the rules, non-franchise producers are allowed a maximum of three wildcard entries per season.

Therefore, even if these rumors turn out to be true, it seems impossible that Miller was offered 10 wild cards.
