Ferrari driver in practice on Friday zamtopped the moment chart, taking a major step forward after a grueling weekend in Zandvoort.

Sainz beat McLaren's Lando Norris and Red Bull's Sergio Perez for fastest lap in 2nd practice zamgot his moment.

After getting out of the vehicle, Sainz said, “It couldn't have been better. To be honest it was a smooth day. It's great to be back at a circuit like Monza and to feel normal again from the first lap of practice 1 after a tough weekend at Zandvoort." said.

“As soon as we put the car on the track here, it somehow fitted much better. Adjusting and driving just got a whole lot easier. It doesn't mean that we will be 1st tomorrow and in the race, but at least we feel much better."

“We got the car on the track, basically the same car, but somehow it felt so much better, which is what surprised me more. But let's see, tomorrow I think everyone will be using lower fuel, higher engine mods and it will be a slightly different picture.”

Even though Ferrari lags behind Red Bull in race pace, Sainz does not stop dreaming for a special result at home.

“Yeah, dreaming is free, right? This is one of my favorite sayings. Especially on tracks like this, I think we can all dream and it's free, no one can take it away from us."

“But realistically, looking at our race pace, that's what Red Bull's real pace is. zamWe started to see a moment, they were again clearly three-tenths or half-seconds ahead at race speed, and in 50-odd laps that's a lot of laps. zammeans moment.” he said.
