Karşıyaka Municipality subsidiary Kent A.Ş. Cordelion Culinary Arts Center will continue its flavor workshops with master chefs in the new year with a full program.

Participants, who will receive hands-on training in adult, child-teen and mother-child workshops, will have the chance to learn delicious recipes and improve their skills.

Mayor Dr. Cemil Tugay said, "We welcome everyone who is interested in the cuisine to our center and workshops, which are unique in Turkey at the level of local administrations."

MASTER CHEFS TELL

Participants, who enjoy tasting the food they prepare and cook with their own hands, have the opportunity to discover and develop their talents.

ADULT WORKSHOPS 

Cordelion MSM, which prepares full programs for each month in line with the interest and demand, will hold a total of 2024 workshops in January 22. Within the scope of the program, which also extends to world cuisines for adults aged 17 and over; “Artisan Bread & Bakery with Chef Özge Köse”, “Far Eastern Cuisine with Chef Adnan Öztürk”, “Meats and Cooking Techniques with Chef Ege Çakıroğlu”, “Healthy Breads”, “Mexican Dream”, “Tiramisu”, “Cheesecake”, “ Pizza” and “Hamburger” workshops will be held.

CHILDREN AND YOUTH 

Within the scope of the program for children and young people, "Little Chefs Cookies", "Mini Hamburgers", "Happy Pizzas" and "Bom Bom Chocolate" workshops will be held for ages 5-12. “Young Hamburger”, “Young Mexican Taco Workshop” and “Young Sushi with Chef Adnan Öztürk” workshops will be held for ages 12-17. Additionally, participants between the ages of 14-17 will have the chance to learn coffee making and presentation techniques in the "Young Barista" workshop.

MOTHER AND CHILDREN IN THE KITCHEN

In the workshops aiming at the joint participation of mothers and children, information on the production of "Sushi with Chef Adnan Öztürk", "Cupcake Design with Chef Ezgi Canbaz", "Pizza", "Pasta" and "Chocolate" will be shared.
