Narlıdere Municipality opened the New Year Market in Historical Yukarıköy, the new culture and tourism center of Izmir. On the first day of the event, which will host visitors on Saturday, December 30 and Sunday, December 31, citizens were also offered kashk cake. The New Year Market, which was held with the contributions of the Slow Food Narlıdere Association and featured treats, decorative objects and foods reflecting our classical culture, gave the citizens of Izmir a shopping pleasure at the end of the year. Narlıdere Mayor Ali Engin also visited the event, which attracted great interest from the people of Izmir, and congratulated the citizens on the new year. The event, in which CHP Narlıdere District Leader Mesut Sakin, council members, headmen and representatives of NGOs also participated, was greatly appreciated by the citizens.
