Renault Master 2024: Comes with Diesel, Hydrogen and Electric Options!
Renault renewed its Master model to maintain its claim in the commercial vehicle segment. The 2024 model Renault Master comes in a total of 3 versions: diesel, hydrogen fuel and electric. The new Master challenges its competitors with both its design and technology.
Exterior Design of the New Master
The exterior design of the new Renault Master has gained a modern look, inspired by the passenger vehicles of the French brand. At the front, C-shaped LED headlights reminiscent of the Megane model, the newly designed logo, and the grille and bumper decorated with vertical stripes are among the striking details. To increase the aerodynamic performance of the vehicle, the front hood has been shortened, the windshield has been made more inclined and the rear section has been narrowed. Renault claims the Master is the most efficient vehicle in its segment.
New Master's Engine Options
The new Renault Master is offered with 3 different engine options: diesel, hydrogen fuel and electric. The diesel engine option has versions producing 105, 130, 150 and 170 horsepower. These engines can be paired with a manual or 9-speed automatic transmission. The CO2 emissions of the diesel-powered Master have been reduced by 39 g/km, below 200 g/km. The hydrogen fueled Master offers 120 horsepower and a range of 350 km. The Electric Master has an electric motor that produces 130 or 143 horsepower. The torque value of this engine is 300 Nm. The battery capacity of the Electric Master can be selected as 40 or 87 kWh. A range of 40 km can be achieved with a 180 kWh battery and 87 km with a 410 kWh battery.
Interior Design and Equipment of the New Master
The interior design of the new Renault Master has gained a more modern atmosphere, like its exterior design. There is a large digital instrument panel behind the steering wheel. On the center console, there is a 10-inch OpenR Link multimedia system with Google applications. Air conditioning controls are provided by rotary knobs. Storage spaces in the driver's cabin have also been increased to 135 liters. The new Master will be available in more than 40 different versions. The load carrying capacity of these versions will reach up to 4 tons. In addition, 20 advanced driving assistance systems will be included in the upper versions. The new Master will hit the roads in the spring of 2024.
