REEDER IS GOING IPO!
Reeder Teknoloji will increase its current capital of 780.000.000 TL to 170.000.000 TL by increasing 950.000.000 TL through public offering.
The company will also sell Group C bearer shares with a nominal value of 45.000.000 TL belonging to one of the existing partners, Uygar SARAL, during the public offering process.
REEDER IPO DATES
Bookbuilding dates for Reeder's public offering have been announced. Investors will be able to carry out book collections for 13 days between 14-15-2023 September 3.
REEDER IPO PRICE
In the Reeder public offering, shares with a nominal value of 1 TL will be offered for sale at a fixed price of 9,30 TL, and an equal distribution will be made to the individual investor. Accordingly, while the size of Reeder's public offering will be approximately 2 billion TL, the free float ratio will be 25,26%.
HOW MANY LOT DOES REEDER PUBLIC OFFER?
In the Reeder Teknoloji public offering, shares with a nominal value of TL 215.000.000 will be sold. According to this; A total of 215 million lots will be distributed.
