Turkey's leading car rental brand, Rent Go, continues to stand by the Turkish Cancer Society this year, as it does every year. As part of the 1-7 April Cancer Week, the Turkish Cancer Society's Free Cancer Screening Registration Tool is on its way for the third time with the support of Rent Go. One-hand screening with the free Cancer Screening Registry zamOur citizens, whose time has come but could not have their screening due to transportation conditions or financial impossibility, are reached and free screening is provided, while increasing awareness about cancer.
It is celebrated as Cancer Week between April 1-7 every year in order to raise awareness about cancer in all parts of the society and to emphasize the importance of early diagnosis.
Within the scope of the project in cooperation with Rent Go and Turkish Cancer Society; Citizens who have been deprived of health services and who have not been screened for early diagnosis are reached and their records are taken. After the records, citizens are made an appointment to the health institution close to them and directed free of charge for screening. zamAt the same time, information about cancer types is shared and questions are answered by the Health and Education Director in the Free Cancer Screening Registry Tool. Rent Go contributes to the growth of the project with its vehicle support.
In addition, Rent Go provides the life and care services of a room in the Miraculous Accommodation and Life Center, where cancer patients who come to Istanbul can stay free of charge during their treatment throughout the year. In Miraculous, services such as 3 meals a day, psychological support, nutritional counseling, treatment follow-up, vocational training courses are offered free of charge to the patients and their relatives.
