Turkey's first born electric car, Togg, has already crossed borders. After the first Togg T10Xs delivered by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and his wife Emine Erdoğan, the second delivery was completed in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan.

Industry and Technology Minister Mustafa Varank visited Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev with his accompanying Togg delegation and delivered T10X, the first smart device of Turkey's global mobility brand Togg.

“GOOD GOOD LUCK”

After the delivery, President Erdoğan shared on social media, “My Gardaşım İlham Aliyev also received his Togg, the pride of Turkey. Good luck to your household. May God grant us to use it in good days, my guardian".

President Aliyev quoted President Erdogan's social media message and said, “Thank you. Dear Brother. Amine! Togg is another clear example of the development of scientific and industrial potential of brotherly Turkey under your leadership.” he replied.

After the ceremony of unloading the Togg from the mass production line on October 29, Aliyev called his counterpart President Erdogan to congratulate him and ordered a red Togg.

FROM ANKARA TO BAKU

After the first delivery ceremony held at the Presidential Complex, Togg's second address was Baku, Azerbaijan. Industry and Technology Minister Varank went to Baku after the ceremony in Ankara. Minister Varank was accompanied by Turkey's Ambassador to Baku Cahit Bağcı, Togg Chairman Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, Togg partners Tuncay Özilhan, Bülent Aksu, board members Murat Yalçıntaş and Togg CEO Gürcan Karakaş.

DELIVERY WITH BAKU VIEW

At the delivery ceremony held in Mountaintop Park with a view of Baku in front of Gulustan Palace, Minister Varank presented the key and license of the vehicle, as well as a special delivery box containing cologne and chestnut candy to President Aliyev. Minister Varank stated that they brought greetings from Turkey and President Erdoğan and said, “We are delivering the second vehicle to you. Turkish people are very pleased with the delivery of the second vehicle to Azerbaijan. good luck. I hope you will use it in good days.” said. President Aliyev also thanked President Erdoğan for the delivery of the second vehicle and the Togg delegation, which carried out the production, and said that Togg showed the transformation of the Turkish industry.

REVOLUTIONARY CAR TELLED

Togg Chairman of the Board of Directors Hisarcıklıoğlu presented the Devrim car and a painting composed of Togg's composition to Aliyev. Hisarcıklıoğlu also informed Aliyev about Devrim, Turkey's first domestic and national automobile project. After the ceremony, taking Minister Varank with him and Hisarcıklıoğlu, Özilhan and Karakaş in the back seats, President Aliyev took a tour towards the Presidential Labor Office.

Making an evaluation after the ceremony, Minister of Industry and Technology Varank said, “It is a great pleasure for us that our beautiful and sincere relations with the friendly and brotherly country Azerbaijan have reached this level and that we are delivering the second vehicle to them.” said. Stating that they delivered the vehicle to Azerbaijan President Aliyev and that he also drove the vehicle, Minister Varank said, “He was very pleased. They expressed to us that they are proud of the fact that Turkey, Turkish engineering capabilities, and Turkish industry have reached this point, and that they want to take these capabilities forward together.” said.

Underlining that the automotive industry is going through a great change and transformation, Varank said, “Here is Turkey's car Togg, actually at the very beginning of this change and transformation, towards the right technologies. zamIt is a project that has invested at the moment. It will not stay only in Turkey. We will see Togg as a global brand. We will see it not only on the streets of Türkiye, but also on the streets of the world.” he said.
