With the decision published in the Official Gazette, changes were made in the no claim discount and post-damage premium increase rates in Compulsory Traffic Insurance. PREMIUM INCREASE AT ZERO LEVELS IN DAMAGES TABLE 200 PERCENT

In this context, the premium increase rate was determined as 200 percent for the zero level newly added to the table, and the no-claim premium discount rate was determined as 8 percent for the 50th step.

No change was made in the premium increase rates of 1 percent, 135 percent, and 90 percent, respectively, starting from the 45st stage for the insured in the first four digits of the table, including zero, due to damage, but the premium discount rates were reduced.

NO DAMAGE PREMIUM DISCOUNT RATES HAVE BEEN REDUCED

The premium discount rates foreseen for those included in the premium discount section in the table; It was reduced from 5 percent to 10 percent for the 5th level, from 6 percent to 22 percent for the 20th level, and from 7 percent to 42 percent for the 40th level.

For the insured who are in the 5th step for at least 7 insurance periods, if no compensation is paid within the insurance contract period, the discount rate in the 8th step in the following insurance contract will be applied. For the insured in the 1st level, in case of 3 or more indemnity payments arising from traffic accidents within the insurance period, zero step will be applied in the following insurance contract.

ATTENTION TO THE FIRST TIME GOING TO TRAFFIC
