José Luis Mendilibar Etxebarria, born 14 March 1961, is a Spanish former football player and currently the coach of Greek Super League club Olympiacos. Mendilibar has never played in a league higher than the Segunda División in his career, making 290 appearances, mostly for Sestao, and scoring 34 goals.

- Mendilibar has managed teams such as Athletic Bilbao, Valladolid, Osasuna, Levante, Eibar, Alavés and Sevilla in La Liga.
