A record was broken in electric vehicle charging

Minister of Industry and Technology Mehmet Fatih Kacır stated that a record was broken in electric vehicle charging during the Eid al-Fitr holiday and said, "Across Turkey, 17 thousand charging processes were carried out in 651 thousand 9 charging sockets in 120 days during the Eid holiday, and 115 thousand hours of charging service was provided." He used the expressions.

Kacır shared data on the use of charging stations for electric vehicles during the 9-day holiday on his social media account.

Pointing out that the use of electric vehicles in Turkey has increased in line with the objectives, Kacır said:

“Expanding the charging station network is one of the most important elements that support the use of electric vehicles. Throughout Turkey, 17 thousand charging processes were carried out in 651 days at 9 thousand 120 charging sockets during the holiday, and 115 thousand hours of charging service were provided. A record was broken for electric vehicle charging during the holiday. “We will continue to accelerate Turkey in innovative technologies.”
