Erkunt Tractor, one of Turkey's leading tractor manufacturers, presented its new models to farmers at the 20th Konya Agricultural Fair.
Stating that they were pleased with the interest they received at the Konya Agricultural Fair, Erkunt Traktör CEO Tolga Saylan said that they exhibited their new products with e Capra Stage 5 engines at the fair.
Underlining that they attach importance to R&D as Erkunt Tractor, CEO Tolga Saylan said, “We always had the opportunity to announce innovations in the last 3 fairs. At the Konya Agricultural Fair, which has an important place for us, we are launching the product family with the e Capra Stage 5 engine that we produce in our Ankara factory. Erkunt was approved as an R&D center years ago. We turned the support we received from the government into products. Fortunately, we can now use our own engines in our tractors. For this purpose, we established an engine production line from scratch. The feature of this engine is that it is domestic production and domestic design. This is a source of pride for all of us. "As Erkunt, we contribute to the country's economy by using our own engines in our own tractors to reduce foreign dependency," he said.
WITH ONE BUTTON, THE POWER WILL INCREASE TO 115 HORSES
Emphasizing that, as Erkunt, it is their duty to protect the environment and natural resources, Tolga Saylan said: “In our sector, where competitive conditions are increasingly difficult, we try to use environmentally friendly technologies when designing new products, caring about transferring the environment we live in to future generations in a healthy way. Today, with the same perspective, we exhibited our tractors produced with Erkunt's globally accepted new generation EURO 5 emission engines in Konya. And also; We have another surprise for our farmers. “We added the BOOST mode feature, which was applied for the first time in domestic design tractors, to our eCAPRA engine products.”
Saylan said, “Our farmers will have the opportunity to increase the horsepower of their tractors by 10 HP when needed while working in the field. In other words, a 105 horsepower tractor you buy from the dealer will turn into a 115 HP tractor in the field when needed. This feature will vary as 3 HP for 5-cylinder engines and 4 HP for 10-cylinder engines. Our new products, which do not harm humans and nature by minimizing the amount of waste, will work more efficiently in all soil types; "It will continue to be the best colleague of our farmers by providing more savings in fuel consumption."

Erkunt Traktör CEO Tolga Saylan lastly gave the following information: “In addition to our new products, we also exhibited our agricultural machines, which are the most needed and preferred in the region.
