Tens of thousands of children have been exposed to books so far in the Mobile Library project launched by İnci Foundation in 2015 with the support of Anadolu Isuzu.
The Mobile Library Project, supported by Anadolu Isuzu and implemented by the İnci Foundation in 2015, has reached more than 130 thousand primary school children in regions with limited access to educational opportunities. Anadolu Isuzu, which turned one of its vehicles into a mobile library, has been supporting the foundation's goal of instilling reading habits in children and bringing books to schools that cannot access books for eight years.
Within the scope of the project, which started in 2015 and continues uninterruptedly until today, primary school students in the underprivileged regions of Izmir meet with books. Within the scope of İnci Foundation's Mobile Library project, which continues with the vehicle support of Anadolu Isuzu, a total of 2022 thousand 2023 children in 13 schools will meet with books in the 26-733 education period. zamWe also participated in children's festivals held throughout the year.
The Mobile Library went to Adıyaman in the disaster area between June and August last year and supported the activities of the Support to Life Association. The library tool conducted psycho-social interviews and various play workshops for children for two months in Adıyaman. The library in the vehicle allocated by Anadolu Isuzu contains thousands of books provided by Bornova District Public Library. The Mobile Library Project, which was implemented in 2015 and reached more than 130 thousand students with the support of Anadolu Isuzu, will continue to meet children in 2024.
