Suzuki Started Pre-Sales of Its First Luxury Crossover Model

Doğan Trend Otomotiv introduced the new Suzuki GSX-S1000GX to its buyers at a special price. Japanese mobility giant Suzuki continues to expand its GSX product family. GSX-S1000GX, the newest model of the brand represented by Doğan Trend Otomotiv in Turkey, was offered for pre-sale with a price of 899 thousand 900 TL.

GSX-S1000GX is the first Suzuki to use the new SAES electronic suspension system

Like the other members of the GSX product family, the GSX-S1000 and GSX-S1000GT, the new GSX-S999GX, powered by an inline four-cylinder 1000 cc engine, combines the comfort of a long-distance motorcycle with the adrenaline of a sports motorcycle. Although the GX and GT versions have similar aspects, they also have important features that differentiate them from each other. Longer suspension travel offers longer travel space on the front and rear wheels, providing more space between the vehicle and the ground and a more comfortable upright driving position. In addition, it offers a brand new suspension performance with Suzuki Advanced Electronic Suspension (SAES), Suzuki's first electronic suspension system, and Suzuki Adaptive Road Stabilization (SRAS) system, Suzuki's new technology.

The brand's first luxury crossover model

The new model reflects the concept of Suzuki's first luxury crossover model. Featuring a completely modern design, the new motorcycle reflects the aggressive performance features of superbikes, while combining the elegance of touring motorcycles preferred for long-distance rides, the tall, upright riding position and the long-legged proportions of the crossover model. While the new LED headlights emphasize the sharp nose line, the compact LED daytime running lights extending to the sides create a sharp pair of “eyes”. Contrasting colors and upward-extending lines on the side panels of the headlight cowl give it an aggressive and stylish appearance that complements the high seating position. Additionally, exposed sidebars and gold front forks contrast with the rear suspension engine unit, blacked-out muffler and engine, underlining the long-legged nature of the crossover design.

Smart mobile applications are now on TFT screen

The Suzuki Driving Mode Selector Alpha (SDMS-α) used in the motorcycle draws attention with its scratch-resistant 6,5-inch full-color TFT multifunctional screen, anti-reflective coating and support for viewing smartphone application contents among its electronic equipment. With the free SUZUKI mySPIN app, the smartphone can easily access contacts, maps, music, phones and calendar functions. On the left side of the TFT LCD display screen, there is a USB output where the driver can charge his smartphone.
