Turkey launch of “PROJECT MONDO G”, where Mercedes-Benz and Moncler brought together passion for innovation and innovative design language, took place at Kaya Palazzo Ski & Mountain Resort. Benz and Moncler introduced this unique vehicle, which is a work of art and a marvel of engineering, in the magnificent view of Kartalkaya.
At the "PROJECT MONDO G" launch held at Kaya Pallazo Ski & Mountain Resort, hosted by Mercedes-Benz, the guests enjoyed the off-road experience in the snow with their G-Class cars, while Aybüke Albere added color to the weekend with her stage performance.
Inspired by the deep-rooted heritage and design of both brands, “PROJECT MONDO G” impressively showcases Moncler's puffer coat with the characteristic look of the iconic G-Series. This collaboration goes beyond automotive, challenging expectations for Mercedes-Benz while opening the doors to an imaginary universe that explores common brand values; It underlines the brand's deep-rooted strategy in many areas ranging from fashion, art and culture.
Mercedes-Benz Group AG Chief Design Officer Gorden Wagener designed the work specifically for this collaboration; He describes it as an interaction of opposites and a sculptural object.
"PROJECT MONDO G", which was produced only in the world and had its world debut at the Moncler Genius fashion show at London Fashion Week last year, will be exhibited at Kartalkaya between 14-19 February and at Galataport Istanbul between 21-29 February.
