The Metropolitan Municipality, which has taken determined steps to implement projects that will carry Kocaeli to the future, continues its investments that will facilitate the daily life of citizens in the districts as well as in the city center. Having completed many projects in the Gebze region, from education to sports, from culture to art, and showering the region with works with ongoing investments, the Metropolitan Municipality is counting the days to implement another service. The Metropolitan Municipality, which reconstructed the existing vegetable and fruit market in Gebze, which could not meet the needs due to inadequate physical conditions, on an area of 25 thousand square meters, is moving towards the end of the project that will make the tradesmen and citizens happy. MODERN PROJECT FOR GEBZE REGIONThe vegetable and fruit market, which is being built in accordance with today's technology in Çayırova Cumhuriyet District, will be one of the large and modern projects that the Metropolitan Municipality will bring to the Gebze region. The market building, which took its final shape during the ongoing works under the control of the Building Control Department, is located nearby. zamwill be put into service immediately. MANUFACTURING HAS GAINED SPEEDIn the project, where roofing and interior wall manufacturing in block A has been completed, interior plaster and cladding manufacturing of block A, mechanical fire installation manufacturing and electrical cabling manufacturing are continuing. The teams started the construction of the lower frame of the C block roof covering, completed the reinforced concrete deck in D block, and made rapid progress in the reinforced concrete parapet manufacturing. In the project, A-block joinery, shutter door installations and exterior facade manufacturing continue at the same pace. LARGE AND COMFORTABLE PARKING AREATradesmen and citizens who have parking problems due to the inadequate location of the current market place will not have any parking problems in the new vegetable and fruit market. In this context, 68 TIR parks and a parking area for 63 vehicles were prepared in the project area. Thus, the satisfaction of tradesmen and citizens will be gained with its large and comfortable parking lot. In the facility, 34 shops and ballot box warehouses, association rooms and offices, technical volumes, prayer room, toilets, buffet, barber, restaurant, tea shop will serve market tradesmen and citizens.
