MBUX Virtual Assistant delivers a hyper-personalized user experience

MBUX Virtual Assistant, introduced at CES 2024, offers a new face that interacts naturally and empathically with the driver, based on MB.OS as the most human-like interface of a Mercedes-Benz ever. It uses productive artificial intelligence and proactive intelligence to make life easy, convenient and comfortable by adapting to customer needs. Leveraging the power of MB.OS as well as advanced three-dimensional game engine graphics, MBUX Surround Navigation seamlessly combines route guidance and assistance. Working with the field integration of MB.OS, this advanced feature allows you to see the car's surroundings in real time. zamIt informs the driver by matching it with real-time situations.

Music in rhythm with driving style

Mercedes-Benz also introduced a number of groundbreaking entertainment features at CES 2024 through two industry-first partnerships. MBUX SOUND DRIVE, which Mercedes-AMG collaborated with American entrepreneur will.i.am to launch, brings music to the driving effects with its advanced software. zamIt provides instant response and connects the vehicle hardware to the music software through sensitive 'in-car signals'. MBUX SOUND DRIVE, which can synchronize with other in-vehicle 'signals' as well as pre-determined parameters ranging from acceleration and braking to energy recovery and steering angle, can work in accordance with windshield rain sensors, for example, to provide relaxing rhythms to reduce stress and increase concentration in harsh weather conditions.

Mercedes-Benz's cars are now a lively concert hall

Mercedes-Benz also joins forces with Audible and Amazon Music to leverage the power of Dolby Atmos in in-car storytelling. With this collaboration that will bring every sound heard to life, vehicle occupants are at the center of a dynamic, concert hall-like audio experience that includes audiobooks, podcasts and music. The third generation of MBUX for new Mercedes-Benz E-Class and CLE Coupé and Cabriolet customers is planned to start in Q2024 3 via remote update. Customers with Audible and Amazon Music accounts can access both apps and related content in Dolby Atmos.

G-TURN with Electric G-Class
