ANNOUNCEMENT OF ENTRANCE EXAM FOR INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY ASSISTANT EXPERT POSITIONS

In order to be trained as an Industrial Property Expert in our Institution in accordance with the provisions of the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office Industrial Property Expertise Regulation, oral entrance exam and YDS with the following department, title, class, degree, number of staff, KPSS score type and base score to be announced on the official website of the Institution. Personnel will be recruited for a total of 30 (thirty) Industrial Property Assistant Expert positions whose base score is specified.

A - APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTRANCE EXAM

1) To meet the conditions specified in paragraph (A) of Article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 48,

2) Faculties of law, political sciences, economics, business administration, economic and administrative sciences, engineering, science, arts and sciences, pharmacy, fine arts faculties or design departments of faculties that provide at least four years of undergraduate education, or domestic or international programs whose equivalence is accepted by the Council of Higher Education. Graduating from educational institutions abroad.

3) Measurement. By the Selection and Placement Center; Having received the minimum score from the score types to be announced on the official website of the Institution in the Public Personnel Selection Examinations (KPSS), which are still valid for group (A) positions,

4) To have a document proving that the student has received sufficient scores from the Foreign Language Proficiency Examination (YDS) in English, which will be announced on the official website of the Institution.

5) Not to be over thirty-five years old as of the first day of January of the year in which the entrance examination is held.

B - APPLICATION DATE, METHOD AND REQUESTED DOCUMENTS

i) Candidates can submit their applications by logging in via the e-Government Gateway at the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office / Career Gateway-Public Recruitment or Career Gateway (isealimkariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr) They will do so using the application screen. Applications made in person or by mail will not be accepted.

2) After completing the application process, candidates must check whether their applications are completed on the "My Applications" screen. Any application that does not display the phrase "Application Received" on the "My Applications" screen will not be evaluated.

3) Applications will start on the date and time to be announced on the official website of the Institution and will end on the date and time to be announced.

4) Candidates who have applied to participate in the entrance exam and meet the participation conditions; As a result of the ranking, starting from the one with the highest score in the KPSS score type to be announced on the official website of the institution, candidates at most 4 times the number of positions to be appointed (including candidates with equal scores as the last ranked candidate) will be eligible to participate in the oral exam.

5) The place and date of the oral exam will be announced on the official website of the Institution, and no notification will be made to the addresses of the candidates. Additionally, candidates will be able to view their exam information via Career Gateway.

Documents to be uploaded to the system;

1) Detailed CV with photo,

2) Written declaration that there is no health disability,

3) Graduation certificate or exit certificate or diploma equivalence certificate for those who completed their education abroad,

4) Document showing the level of foreign language knowledge.

Candidates who have graduated from departments other than the specified departments or equivalent departments of universities abroad and can apply must upload the relevant document to the "Document Showing Equivalence" field under the "Your Other Documents" stage during the e-government application in order for their applications to be evaluated. (Documents must be uploaded in pdf or jpeg format.)

C - ORAL EXAM SUBJECTS

Oral examination;

a) The level of knowledge related to the exam topics stated in the 10th article of the Turkish Patent and Trademark Institution Industrial Property Expertise Regulation,

b) Comprehending and summarizing a subject, ability to express and reasoning power,

c) Qualification, representation ability, suitability of behavior and reactions to the profession,

ç) Self-confidence, persuasiveness and credibility,

d) General ability and general culture,

e) Openness to scientific and technological developments,

It will be carried out by evaluating the aspects and giving points separately.

D - EVALUATION OF EXAM RESULTS

1) Candidates must submit a score of fifty points for subparagraph (a) specified by the Examination Committee under the title of Oral Exam Subjects, and ten points for each of the features written in subparagraphs (b), (c), (ç), (d) and (e). It will be evaluated.

2) In order to be considered successful in the oral exam, the arithmetic average of the oral exam scores given by the President and members of the Exam Board over a hundred points must be at least seventy.

3) The candidates' success score is the oral exam score, and each group specified in Table-XNUMX will be ranked starting from the candidate with the highest success score among themselves. In case of equal success, the candidate with high KPSS score will be given priority. As a result of this ranking, the main candidates will be determined as much as the total number of positions specified in the announcement and half the number of substitute candidates specified in the announcement.

E - ANNOUNCEMENT OF EXAM RESULTS AND OBJECTION TO RESULTS

I) The main and substitute winners of the entrance exam will be announced on the official website of the Institution, and their addresses will not be notified separately. Additionally, candidates will be able to view their result information via Career Gateway.

2) Candidates may object to the entrance exam results in writing within 7 (seven) days of the announcement date.

F - OTHER ISSUES

I) Candidates who are eligible to take the entrance exam will be taken to the exam by presenting their photo ID card or driver's license on the oral exam date.

3) If there are candidates on the main list who do not apply, or who cannot be appointed for any reason, or who leave after appointment, their replacements will be appointed from the reserve list. The rights of the candidates on the reserve list are valid for six months from the announcement date of the exam result and do not constitute vested rights or any priority for subsequent exams.
