Akşener included the following statements in the post:
“Our institutions responsible for the implementation of the Constitution are facing a historical test again. The Constitutional Court once again ruled on a violation of rights regarding the Can Atalay case and ordered the 13th High Criminal Court to do what is necessary with this decision. This new decision is an opportunity to end the conflict between state institutions. Considering that it is the decision-making authority on this issue, Istanbul 13th High Criminal Court should do what is necessary as soon as possible and this crisis should be resolved immediately.
Come, stand by the conscience, rights and law of the Turkish Nation. Do not further erode the already problematic rule of law and rule of law practices in our country. Do not further deepen this crisis, which will lead to conflict between state organs, with a practice that has no source even in the Constitution and legislation.
