How is the Design of the New Dacia Duster?

The new Dacia Duster has experienced a major evolution in terms of design. Bearing the traces of the Bigster concept, the model has a sharper and more muscular appearance. At the front, the model draws attention with its "Y"-shaped LED headlights, wide grille and large air intakes, and at the rear, it differs with new taillights, trunk lid and bumper. Let's say that there is no significant change in the dimensions of the model.

The new Duster also offers some innovations in its profile appearance. With the new door handles, roof rails and wheel designs hidden in the C pillar, the model has gained a more stylish and practical atmosphere. The model's color options include the new "Black Olive" and "Red Coral" colors.

How is the Interior of the New Dacia Duster?

The new Dacia Duster has also experienced a major change in the interior. Thanks to the new platform, the living space and luggage volume of the model has increased. The model offering more legroom and larger luggage is the same zamIt is now equipped with higher quality materials and a more ergonomic design.

The most striking innovation of the new Duster was the digital instrument panel. This 10.1 inch screen is a feature offered for the first time in the history of the model. In addition to this screen, there is also an 8-inch touchscreen multimedia screen on the center console. This screen is compatible with smartphones with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support.

The new Duster also offers new solutions in the cabin. One of these is the system called “YouClip”. This system provides functions such as tablet holders, hooks and cup holders, thanks to accessories attached to the handles in different parts of the cabin. These handles are located under the front passenger's feet, on the seat backs and next to the multimedia screen.

What are the Engine Options of the New Dacia Duster?

The new Dacia Duster has also experienced a big change in terms of engine options. The model no longer offers a diesel engine option. Instead, it comes with mild hybrid and LPG options.

The mild hybrid option is offered as TCe 130. The 1.2-liter three-cylinder turbo gasoline engine is supported by a 48-volt electrical system. In this way, the model is both more efficient and more environmentally friendly. This engine produces 130 horsepower and 240 Nm of torque. This engine is offered in both front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive versions.

The LPG option is offered under the name ECO-G. The 1.3-liter four-cylinder turbo gasoline engine comes with an LPG tank. In this way, the model is both more economical and longer-range. This engine produces 150 horsepower and 270 Nm of torque. This engine is only offered in the front-wheel drive version.

The new Duster comes with a new “Terrain Control” system in its four-wheel drive version. This system offers five different driving modes: Auto, Snow, Mud/Sand, Off-Road, Eco. These modes adjust the vehicle's traction, brakes, engine and transmission according to different terrains.

What is the Price of the New Dacia Duster?

The new Dacia Duster will be available in four different equipment levels. These are Essential, Expression, Extreme and Journey. The price of the model has not been announced yet.
