Porsche Panamera Sport Turismo Discontinued! Here's Why

The official said, “Sport Turismo has very low sales figures in the Chinese and US markets, which are our main target in the D segment. That's why we're ending production.” said.

Sport Turismo Had a Hatchback Body Type

Although Porsche described the Panamera Sport Turismo model as a station wagon, it actually had a hatchback body type. Hatchback meant that the boot lid opened along with the rear window. In this way, Sport Turismo offered a larger luggage volume than the sedan version. However, Sport Turismo had a shorter and lower design than the classic station wagons.

Porsche did not offer the Panamera Sport Turismo model in the first generation of the Panamera. Sport Turismo was launched in 2017 in the second generation of the Panamera.
