WHAT ARE THE UNIVERSITY ENROLLMENT DATES? ZAMMOMENT?
According to the results of YKS, students who are placed in any program will do their university registration between 28 August-1 September 2023. Electronic records will be made between 28-30 August 2023.
Candidates who have the right to register must apply to the relevant universities within the registration period by completing the following documents for registration. Candidates who do not apply for registration or complete the registration process within this period will lose their registration rights. Candidates who register electronically will take action according to the documents announced by their university and the date.
Candidates who have the right to enroll in a higher education program, but who cannot graduate from secondary education institutions and who will take a make-up or single-course exam, will also be temporarily registered to higher education institutions on the specified dates. If these candidates present their certificates of graduation to the higher education institution by the end of the working hours on Friday, December 29, 2023, if the candidates who are placed in a higher education institution from Open Education High Schools present their certificates of graduation to the higher education institution by the end of the working day on Wednesday, January 31, 2024, their original registration will be made. will be done. The temporary registrations of those who do not document their graduation by this date will be deleted, and the registration of the candidates who are in this situation and do not make their temporary registration on the specified dates will not be made.
WHAT ARE THE DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR UNIVERSITY REGISTRATION?
a) The original or certified copy of the diploma from the secondary education institution from which the candidate graduated, or the newly dated graduation certificate
b) If it is determined that the student is registered in another higher education institution in the YÖKSİS database, in the registration process of higher education institutions, if he does not enroll in a formal program at the same level, this information will be confirmed from the higher education institution he was registered with, by registering without the original secondary education diploma.
c) If the candidate is placed using additional points, but the field is not specified in his diploma or graduation certificate, an official document showing which school and field he graduated from (The name of the center that issued the diploma is written on the diplomas of those who graduated from METEM programs.)
ç) If requested by higher education institutions, 12 photographs of 4,5 cm x 6 cm.
