TEMSA, which has become one of the world's leading manufacturers of electric buses with 8 different vehicle models that it has prepared for mass production, will also offer the electric version of Fuso Canter, one of the iconic models of the light truck segment, in Turkey.
Having achieved significant success in the Turkish market under the distributorship of TEMSA for more than 30 years, Fuso Canter is now getting ready to hit the road with its electric version. The signing ceremony regarding the sales and marketing activities in Turkey of Fuso eCanter, the new electric member of the Fuso Canter family, which attracted attention with its renewed face last year, was held at TEMSA's Istanbul Altunizade headquarters.
Within the scope of the license agreement signed between Daimler Truck Asia Board Member Andreas Deuschle and TEMSA CEO Tolga Kaan Doğancıoğlu, the sales and marketing activities of Fuso eCanter in Turkey will be carried out by TEMSA. Fuso eCanter, which will be offered to customers in 2 different models at the first stage, is planned to be put on sale domestically from the beginning of 2024.
As of today, Fuso Canter has a total of 8 different models in the truck and pickup truck segments. With the inclusion of Fuso eCanter in the product range, the number of models will reach 10.
