Max Verstappen has matured in every way since winning his first title and is on a different level from other drivers this season.
With 12 wins in 10 races, Verstappen is 125 points ahead of his teammate Sergio Pérez in the championship.
Commenting on Verstappen's performance, Red Bull Sporting Director Helmut Marko suggested that his driver could take pole position even with weak vehicles such as AlphaTauri AT04 or Haas VF-23 on wet roads.
In a statement to Motorsport-Total, Marko told Motorsport-Total, “The Max of the 2020 season cannot be compared to the current Max except for the similarity in name. Confidence in terms of self-confidencezam took a step.” said.
