Ferrari is going through a new change under the leadership of Frederic Vasseur. The Italian team has signed 25 names for new talent, including Mercedes' Loic Serra, but that's not enough.
In an interview with La Gazzetta dello Sport, Vasseur said, “We signed about 25 people, but we need more. None of these names have started working yet.” said.
“We agreed with Loic Serra that he might know from his time at Mercedes. [By agreement] He should join us on January 1, 2025, but we are trying to speed up that deadline. I will try to convince Toto Wolff of this when we go on a cruise together!”
“Soon this will be a core part of my job at Ferrari; You have to build good relationships with people and persuade them to join your team. The hardest thing is to get along with the frontline engineers. The rest already follow them.”
Vasseur says Ferrari is on the right track to win a new championship. “We are doing a good job. We are building a good team. Now we expect everything to come together.”
