On Wednesday morning, Yamaha announced that Franco Morbidelli will leave the team. The most talked-about name for Morbidelli's place was Pramac driver Jorge Martin, but Martin decided to stay at Ducati. That's why Yamaha has reached an agreement with Alex Rins, who is said to be not happy with LCR Honda lately.
Rins was the name that brought Honda's only victory this year after a bad season. However, despite having signed a two-season factory contract with the team, he left early due to communication problems with Honda.
