Škoda is preparing to introduce the fourth generation Superb in November. After 90 years have passed since the introduction of the first classic model, the new generation Superb is preparing to make a sound in its segment like the previous generation. The new Superb will combine striking design and spacious cabin with advanced technologies.

The new Superb will be offered with three petrol, two diesel and one plug-in hybrid engine options with powers between 150-265 PS globally. In the Superb model, which will be equipped with a mild hybrid engine for the first time, the plug-in hybrid version will provide a zero-emission range of over 100 kilometers.

The fourth-generation Superb will continue to lead as an innovative model. zamIt can be preferred with a higher security level than the current one. All models will be offered with DSG automatic transmission in the Superb, which will be equipped with engines that provide high efficiency and performance. In this way, more comfort and storage space is obtained by freeing up space in the center console area.

In addition, every Škoda zamPractical and rational solutions that make the moment different were also increased in the new Superb model and reached 28 units. Among these, solutions such as a tablet holder integrated into the rear center armrest, double storage areas on the front seat backs that allow you to safely place items such as smartphones and magazines during the journey, and electrically controllable luggage cover in the Combi version are offered.

It will continue to fascinate with its design

The new Superb will take the stage using the brand's updated design language. The new Superb, which will be offered in Sedan and Combi versions, will draw attention with its more dynamic lighting design at the front and rear. The backlight assembly has been made thinner and combined with new crystal elements. The hexagonal modules of the Full LED Matrix headlights are finished with a colored crystal element called Crystallinium.

While the interior design of the new Superb has been renewed, its customer-oriented approach also draws attention. The user experience in the cabin has been improved in every respect. Manual controls and touch screen digital controls that provide ease of use will bring a more enjoyable travel experience. The new infotainment system, which can be preferred up to 12.9 inches, will make a difference with its sharp graphics and intuitive use.

The new Škoda Superb, with its wheelbase preserved, is designed longer and higher than the previous generation. In this way, headroom for all passengers increased, while luggage volume became 645 liters for the sedan and 690 liters for the Combi.

Increased success with each generation

With each generation, the Škoda Superb has grown in success and popularity. The first modern generation was presented between 2001 and 2008 and sold 137 thousand units. The second generation Superb was produced between 2008 and 2015. Superb, which was presented in the Combi version for the first time in this generation, achieved a sales success of 618 units. The third generation, which has been produced since 2015, carried the total Superb sales over the 1 million band. According to May 2023 data, sales of the third generation Superb exceeded 805 thousand units. The total of all modern Superb generations worldwide was 1 million 560 thousand units.

The new generation, which will be introduced in November, aims to further the claim of the model. The new Superb will be produced at the Bratislava plant in Slovakia.
