Otokoç Otomotiv Shines with 95 Stars in its 4th Year

Otokoç Otomotiv, Turkey's leading mobility company, continues to advance its agile transformation process with fast and successful steps. Otokoç Otomotiv was recently awarded the "4 Star Agile Organization" certificate in the evaluation made by the Business Agility Institute, an organization that evaluates the agility level of companies on a global scale.

Five-year performance in two years

Within the scope of the Business Agility Assessment conducted every year, the company achieved a significant rise this year with the culture-focused actions it developed based on last year's results. It received the "1.800 Star Agile Organization" certificate in the evaluation in which nearly 4 agile organizations participated. According to the evaluations made by the Business Agility Institute, it reached the point that many organizations reach in more than 5 years, in a period of 2 years. More than 60 percent of organizations fail to meet the standards required for certification and remain at 0-stars.
