President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Minister of Internal Affairs Ali Yerlikaya, senior state administrators and the police force celebrated the 6992 police officers who took office and the new vehicles put into service at a ceremony held at Atatürk Airport.
The General Directorate of Security, which has preferred the popular model of the C-SUV segment, Hyundai TUCSON, for many years, strengthened its existing fleet by adding 1.000 new vehicles to the police force serving in Istanbul.
