Make evaluations on the subject. TEMSA CEO Tolga Kaan Doğancıoğlu underlined that they have left behind a very successful period as a company and said, “When we look at the last 3 years, we have achieved a three-digit turnover growth every year. When evaluated together with consolidated figures, we increased our revenues by 3 percent in TL terms in the last 1.090 years, reaching 9,2 billion TL. In dollar terms, despite all the difficult economic conditions, our turnover increase reached 252 percent. As of today, we generate approximately 61 percent of our turnover from our international business, while 39 percent of our turnover comes from our Turkey operations. "Thanks to this balanced distribution, we continue to contribute to the value-added export mobilization in Turkey, while at the same time having a protection mechanism against possible difficulties in the world," he said.

HISTORICAL SUCCESS IN EXPORT

Underlining that strengthening its global footprint is very important in TEMSA's growth story, Tolga Kaan Doğancıoğlu said, “In this context, we have achieved extremely successful results in Europe and the USA, which we describe as our priority markets. We have created a TEMSA that listens to its customers much better, develops its tools and technology very quickly with their feedback, and always stands by its customers not only in sales but also in after-sales processes. While we strengthen our competencies here, we also continue to offer innovative services to our customers in the field of financing and service. "In this context, we launched the TEMSA Finance solution in Turkey, after the USA, to meet the financing needs of our customers," he said.

Stating that their customer-oriented approach is positively reflected in export figures, Tolga Kaan Doğancıoğlu said, “We broke new ground in the history of TEMSA with our export revenue of 2023 million dollars in 182. While we achieved a growth performance of 36 percent in North America, which is among our priority markets; 31 percent in the EMEA region; "We achieved growth figures of 78 percent in Western Europe," he said.

“AFTER ELECTRIFICATION, WE ARE PIONEERING HYDROGEN”

Underlining that in addition to all these financial successes, they have also taken important strategic steps in zero-emission vehicles, which are at the center of TEMSA's global growth vision, Tolga Kaan Doğancıoğlu said, “As TEMSA, our electrification and zero-emission journey begins in the early 2010s. So we have nearly 15 years of experience here. We aim to pioneer the sustainable mobility of the future with an R&D approach that covers not only electrification but also all alternative fuels. As the company that introduced Turkey's first domestic electric bus to the market together with ASELSAN, this time in cooperation with Portugal-based CaetanoBus, we will have Turkey's first intercity hydrogen bus ready for mass production at the end of this year. With this vehicle, we will have a total of 8 different zero-emission vehicles in our portfolio today, 2 of which are electric and 10 of which are hydrogen. In this sense, we are among the companies that offer the highest number of zero-emission vehicle alternatives to our customers in the world. While reinforcing our competence in zero-emission vehicles, we also continuously improve our business processes and business models with a focus on sustainability, in coordination with global platforms such as CDP, SBTi, Global Compact and Ecovadis. Last year, we were entitled to receive the EPD (Environmental Product Declaration) certificate with our Avenue Electron bus. We became the first manufacturer in Turkey and the sixth in the world to receive this certificate through a bus. Now, as a result of our CDP reporting, we have been included in the Climate Change A List in our first year of application. "All of these are indicators of our sincerity, seriousness and determination regarding sustainability," he said.
