Chery Enters 2025 with Record Sales Performance

Chery continued its rising performance with 280,469 unit sales in September. Exporting over 100,000 units for the fifth consecutive month, the brand strengthened its position as China's largest automobile exporter. In the first nine months, Chery achieved cumulative sales of over 2 million units, achieving 14,5% growth.

Chinese automotive giant Chery, known for its sustainable development efforts, has announced its sales results for September and the first three quarters of the year. The company sold 280,469 vehicles in September, a 14,7 percent increase compared to the same period last year. New energy vehicles accounted for 91,590 of these sales (a 55,4 percent annual increase), while international sales reached 137,624 units, representing a 26,2 percent growth rate.

With this result, Chery exceeded 100 units in exports for the fifth consecutive month, solidifying its position as China's largest automobile exporter. In the first three quarters of 2025, Chery's cumulative sales exceeded 2 million units, representing a 14,5 percent annual increase. The company thus set new records in five key areas: total sales, new energy vehicle sales, exports, brand development, and capital market performance. Chery's next-generation vehicles are ready for export at the Shanghai Haitong International Automotive Terminal.
