A New Era Has Started in OYDER
According to the statement made by OYDER, Ömer Koyuncu was elected as the president as a result of the voting carried out at the 9th Ordinary General Assembly of the association. Koyuncu will continue this important duty for the next 3 years. While Zeynep Fidan Soysal and Kemal Tepret will take on the position of vice president, Dr. Altuğ Erciş, the previous president of OYDER, will serve as the President of the OYDER High Advisory Board, the advisory body of the association, in the new term.
Speaking at the general assembly meeting, Ömer Koyuncu began his speech by thanking the past presidents. Koyuncu emphasized that despite the record sales recorded in the last two years, they are currently facing serious problems such as stock financing expenses, imbalances created by unprofitable sales and dealer stocks. “In this process, it is essential for our distributors, production industry, logistics and all other stakeholders to act in harmony for our sector to progress healthily,” he said.

Stating that OYDER's goal for the new period is to prepare for the future with 1250 plazas and over 50 thousand employees and to make dealerships sustainable, Koyuncu stated that they, as OYDER, get their strength from authorized dealers. Koyuncu noted that the harmony of distributors, production industry, logistics and all other stakeholders is of critical importance in terms of sectoral efficiency and sustainability.
