Ford Trucks, one of the global brands in the heavy commercial vehicle sector, has expanded its network in Europe by adding authorized service points to the UK and Ireland. This strategic step supports Ford Trucks’ goal of being closer to its customers while significantly increasing its accessibility across Europe.
Ford Trucks continues to provide uninterrupted service to its international transportation customers with its expanding service network in Europe. The new service points that have been activated in markets that are of critical importance in terms of logistics such as the UK and Ireland will provide great convenience to Ford Trucks customers especially on the busy transportation routes of Western Europe. Ford Trucks will continue its service activities in the region in cooperation with Rygor Group Limited, which has been providing service in the UK since 1968, and Setanta Vehicle Sales North Limited, which was established in Ireland in 2007. As a result of the agreement signed with Rygor Group Limited, service will be provided to Ford Trucks customers at 7 different points in the UK, and as a result of the agreement signed with Setanta Vehicle Sales North Limited, at 4 different points in Ireland. The agreements signed with these two companies, which conduct significant operations in the region, will strengthen Ford Trucks’ presence in Western Europe.
Ford Trucks’ expansion of its service network supports the service approach that optimizes the total cost of ownership offered to its customers. In this way, maintenance and repair times are shortened and operational efficiency is increased.
