Turkish Rally Championship Starts in Marmaris
The 2025 season of the Turkish Rally Championship is starting with the enchanting natural beauty of Marmaris. The opening race of the season, the Marmaris Aegean Rally, will be held for the 14th time on March 16-34 with the organization of the Aegean Automobile Sports Club (EOSK). Alptekin Işıkalp, one of Türkiye's most experienced rally drivers, aims to make an ambitious start to the new season in the Aegean Rally.
Işıkalp, who will be competing in his 82nd rally in his career, will make a new start this season and compete for the TOSFED Rally Cup Category 1.4 championship with his strong co-driver Sena Er in his Fiat Egea 3 T-Jet vehicle. Prepared with the technical support of Avcı Sport, this vehicle aims to attract attention with its performance throughout the race.
Experience of Over 100 Races in Motorsports
Alptekin Işıkalp, who started his rally career in 1992, has achieved significant success by participating in more than 100 races in the disciplines of rally, rallycross, climbing, track and rally-raid. The experienced pilot, who will participate in the stages with the support of well-known sponsors such as Aldatmaz Otomotiv Grup, otomobilyeri.com, Elizya and Kartal Bigem Sürücü Kursu in the 2025 season, plans to take his place in the summit race.

Located at the intersection of the Mediterranean and Aegean Seas, Marmaris will once again fascinate rally enthusiasts with its nature and challenging courses. The Marmaris Aegean Rally, which will be held on asphalt, will begin with the start ceremony at Marmaris Atatürk Square at 14:17.00 on Friday, March 18.00. Then, at XNUMX:XNUMX, the competition will officially begin with the spectator special stage to be held at İçmeler Market Place.
