Castrol and Honda HRC MotoGP Factory Team Collaboration
As the engine oil and technical support provider for the Honda HRC MotoGP Factory Team, Castrol aims to improve the team’s performance and enhance its competitiveness. This collaboration is the result of a long and storied partnership between Honda and Castrol. The two brands have worked together since Honda’s first international motorcycle race at the Isle of Man TT in 1959. To date, Castrol has contributed to Honda teams achieving over 500 wins in international motorcycle races.
Honda Aims for the Top
Honda, one of the most successful brands in MotoGP history with 25 constructors' championships, 21 drivers' championships and 313 race victories in Grand Prix motorcycle racing, plans to return to the top in the 2025 season thanks to this partnership with Castrol. The statements also included the views of Castrol Global Marketing Director Sandeep Sangwan. Sangwan emphasized that Castrol has used motorsports as a platform to showcase its technical capabilities and develop new technologies for many years.
