Mercedes-Benz Automotive 2025 Long-Term Internship Program DRIVE UP Applications Have Started
Mercedes-Benz Automotive is looking for interns to be considered for various positions within the company. Applications for the 2025 Long-Term Internship Program DRIVE UP are being accepted through the online application platform until March 18. The requirements for candidates wishing to become long-term interns are as follows:
- Studying at a 4-year university or being a graduate student.
- Planning to graduate from the program in 2026.
- Being able to work at least 2 days during the school year and full time during the semester and summer breaks.
- Having a good command of at least one foreign language (English and/or German).

Mercedes-Benz Automotive's DRIVE UP - Long-Term Internship Program 2025 is designed for students in their final year of university life or graduate students who want to shape their careers. By participating in this program, participants will experience being a good team player, taking initiative and learning the dynamics of business life.
The young people who will participate in the program will gain valuable experience by taking responsibility for global projects at Mercedes-Benz Automotive. During the internship period, students will have the opportunity to undertake various tasks where they can showcase their talents for 11 months. They will meet teammates who support their creative and innovative ideas and receive various trainings that support their personal and professional development.
In addition, interns will have the flexibility to determine their own work days according to their class schedules. In this way, they will have the opportunity to make a strong start to their careers in a fun and dynamic working environment. Students who successfully complete the online application steps, foreign language exam, Human Resources and business unit interviews will have a priority position in the recruitment process at Mercedes-Benz Automotive after graduation, if they are accepted into the program.
