Otokar is organizing an important event to attract the attention of global Turkish talents and bring them to our country. This special ideathon for Turkish students studying abroad will be held in Istanbul between December 23-25. With the “Beyond The Borders Ideathon”, Otokar offers young talents the opportunity to develop innovative solutions against natural disasters.
Ideathon Theme: Modular Vehicle Design for Natural Disasters
This year, the event, organized with the theme of “Modular Vehicle Design for Natural Disasters,” focuses on the development of durable and versatile vehicle units for emergencies. Young talents who will compete to design vehicles that can function in various areas such as rescue operations, logistic support, temporary shelter and communication will have the opportunity to reinforce their technical and theoretical knowledge. The projects to be designed by focusing on innovation and technology will be evaluated by the Otokar jury. The projects to be presented at the event will enable the development of modular vehicle solutions in natural disasters.
Opportunity to Bring Young Talents to Our Country Within the Scope of Reverse Brain Drain
This ideathon, which is part of Otokar's Reverse Brain Drain Project, aims to bring Turkey's global talents to our country and build an innovation-focused future, and brings together Turkish youth studying abroad with Turkey's strong industrial structure. This special event offers young talents the chance to get to know business opportunities in Turkey and see the power of Turkish industry firsthand, while successful participants will also be provided with important career and network opportunities at Otokar.
Accommodation and Other Information
Otokar provides support by covering the accommodation and food expenses of the participants during the event. The ideathon, which will last for three days in Istanbul, offers participants the opportunity to develop innovative projects in Turkey and gain valuable information about the sector.
