Anadolu Isuzu's Full Cataphoresis Facility Officially Opened

Anadolu Isuzu's Innovative Full Cataphoresis Facility

Anadolu Isuzu attracted attention by putting into operation its renewed full cataphoresis facility equipped with the latest technologies in the sector. This facility aims to perfectly protect the surface of its vehicles, extend their service life and ensure quality.

Cataphoresis coating, which is considered the most ideal coating type in the automotive industry, also makes significant contributions to sustainability goals, especially energy efficiency.

Speaking at the opening of the facility, Anadolu Isuzu General Manager Tugrul Arikan, used the following statements:

“The full cataphoresis facility was an important step towards the increasing production volume of our bus and midibus product groups, customer expectations, quality and durability targets. This investment, which is a ‘compact facility’ in terms of meeting the needs of all vehicles we currently produce and will be able to produce in our factory, was designed to cover all types of product options that can be produced.”

Arıkan stated that the facility's coating process is supported by 12 giant process tanks and that this process is designed to ensure that many different products, such as bus bodies and truck cabins, are coated to the desired quality.

“In this respect, it stands out as Turkey’s most flexible and capable facility,” said Arıkan, emphasizing that all operational processes will be facilitated with cataphoresis coating.

“Thanks to our innovation work for this facility, which stands out from all its examples, operations such as downloading, baking and cooling will take place without operator intervention. This technology also demonstrates our commitment to environmental sustainability and energy efficiency.”
