New Porsche Panamera breaks Nürburgring record

The new Porsche Panamera set a new medical record on the Nürburgring circuit. This record was recorded as the fastest medical time in the four-door executive segment with 7 minutes 24,17 seconds.

It is known that the record-breaking model has a hybrid V8 engine and has not been officially introduced yet.

2 seconds faster than Mercedes

This new record shows that the Panamera is 5 seconds faster than its predecessor and 63 seconds faster than the previous record holder on the track, the Mercedes-AMG GT 2 S.

The model, which is expected to be named Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid, used 21-inch Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires while driving.

In addition, the track-going model also has an optional carbon fiber body kit and Gurney flaps added to the adaptive rear wing.

On the other hand, the track's "sedan" category record is still held by the Porsche Taycan Turbo GT.
