Karsan is among the first manufacturers to start using hydrogen, the technology of the future. Karsan continues to take part in international organizations. Karsan, which has taken its place among the most preferred brands in the world, especially in Europe, North America and Japan, with its vision of being "One Step Ahead in the Future of Mobility", took its place at the opening of the Luxembourg Hydrogen Valley (LuxHyVal).
At the ceremony, which took place with the participation of the European Union delegation, ministry and municipal representatives, managers of Sales Lentz and Karsan companies and many press members, Karsan introduced beyond its environmentally friendly transportation solutions to the participants and visitors with the e-ATA HYDROGEN model at the event in Luxembourg, one of its target markets. Thus, the brand emphasized zero emissions with e-ATA HYDROGEN, which is inspired by nature and has green hydrogen technology, in line with the goals of a more livable world and a sustainable future.
Karsan, which continues its cooperation with Sales Lentz, one of the operators that pioneered the electric public transportation transformation of the market, with great success, is the leader of the electric bus market in Luxemburg. Stating that Karsan e-ATA HYDROGEN, which they exhibited at the opening, attracted great attention, Karsan CEO Okan Baş said, “LuxHyVal aims to disseminate green hydrogen initiatives throughout the entire value chain, from local production to use, including storage and distribution, and to connect with existing or planned infrastructures.” .” said.
Emphasizing that Karsan is the only brand that can offer 3 different technologies together: electric, hydrogen and autonomous, with the vision of being "one step ahead in the future of mobility", Okan Baş continued as follows:
“As Karsan, we are happy to be a partner of this project, which supports LuxHyvAL's goal of creating 10 percent of the public transportation fleet from hydrogen vehicles. We closed the year as the leader of the electric bus market in Luxembourg with a 38 percent share last year with our e-ATAK model. While we continue to contribute to public transportation in line with our zero emission targets, we are also taking important steps in hydrogen technology. Since hydrogen fueled vehicles are seen as a great advantage in the fight against global warming and climate change, the European Union in particular offers serious policies and support to encourage the adoption of zero-emission vehicles. We aim to be a pioneer in this transformation with our vehicles with the best features in their class, such as e-ATA HYDROGEN.”
