According to the exam calendar published by the Ministry of Education, the Teaching Career Steps Written Exam was held online on November 20, 2023 between 10.00-13.00. To enter the exam, candidates had to enter "https://onlinesinav.meb.gov.tr/" with their e-Devlet/MEBBİS passwords.

58 thousand 965 candidates from MEB personnel, private education institutions and outside the Ministry of Education applied for the title of specialist teacher, and 3 thousand 921 candidates applied for the title of head teacher.
