Serdal Adalı was born in Adana in 1964. Adalı, who started his business life in 1984, left his education at the University of California due to his father's illness. Adalı, who founded Adalı Holding with the support of his family, operates in the fields of construction, service, logistics, catering and energy. Adalı Holding does business internationally with more than 6 thousand employees.

Serdal Adalı served as football branch manager and vice president of Beşiktaş club. He played an important role in Beşiktaş receiving the 2009rd star in 3. He was a candidate for Beşiktaş presidency in 2013, but lost the election. He became a candidate again after Fikret Orman's resignation in 2019, but came second after Ahmet Nur Çebi.

Serdal Adalı announced that he will be a candidate for the presidency of Beşiktaş in the extraordinary election to be held on December 3. In his conversation with the press before Beşiktaş's match against Bodo/Glimt in the UEFA Europa Conference League, Adalı said, “There is a lot of demand, I am not likely to remain indifferent to this favor. We will make our final decision in a day or two. "I was very happy with the favor received and I am probably considering becoming a candidate," he said. Adalı added that he does not think Emre Kocadağ, who is considered the continuation of the current administration, will be a candidate.
