BRZ, Subaru's sporty and budget-friendly car, appears in a special version in Italy. This special version, named “Touge”, is derived from a Japanese word meaning mountain pass and will be limited to only 60 units. Its price will be €49.500 or $52.200 at current exchange rates.
What Does Subaru BRZ Touge Look Like?
Subaru BRZ Touge comes with 18-inch OZ Racing Ultraleggera Race Gold wheels. On the exterior of the vehicle, the front and rear spoilers and side skirts with blue pearl color details attract attention. The dual exhaust pipes at the rear feature a special Italian-made Supersprint exhaust system and are decorated with “Subaru BRZ Touge” lettering.
How Powerful Is Subaru BRZ Touge?
At the heart of the Subaru BRZ Touge is a 2.4-liter naturally aspirated gasoline engine. This engine can produce 231 horsepower and 250 Nm of torque. The version sold in America has 228 horsepower and the same torque.

The Subaru BRZ Touge is a 2024 model car that is offered only with a six-speed manual transmission and locking differential. This special Italian version follows the BRZ STI Sport introduced in Japan last month and the BRZ tS models launched in the United States in July. However, access to these models is limited in Europe, as due to stricter emissions regulations these models are only available in certain markets and in limited numbers. Meanwhile, Mazda continues to sell the MX-5 Miata model without restrictions.
