
Mercedes-Benz Türk Produced its 350 Thousandth Truck!
Mercedes-Benz Türk achieved great success by producing its 350 thousandth truck at Aksaray Truck Factory. The company, Turkey's largest truck manufacturer, is considered one of the most important facilities of Daimler Truck.
350 Thousandth Truck from Aksaray Truck Factory
Mercedes-Benz Türk rolled off its 1986 thousandth truck at the Aksaray Truck Factory, which it established in 350. This historical moment coincided with the 100th anniversary of the Republic. The 350 thousandth truck that rolled off the factory lines was the Mercedes-Benz Actros 1851 model.
Mercedes-Benz Türk Aksaray Truck Factory Director / Executive Board Member Ulf Raese evaluated this success as follows:

The Importance of Aksaray Truck Factory
Mercedes-Benz Türk has one of the most important truck production facilities of both Turkey and Daimler Truck with its Aksaray Truck Factory. The factory produces 20 out of every 10 trucks produced in Turkey with its annual capacity of 6 thousand units.
Aksaray Truck Factory, same zamIt is now the locomotive of exports. The total number of vehicles exported from the factory to date has exceeded 101 thousand. The factory exports trucks to more than 70 countries in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.
Aksaray Truck Factory contributes to the development of Aksaray and Turkey with employment, R&D and social responsibility projects in addition to production. In addition to being one of the largest employers in the region with approximately 3 thousand employees, the factory is also cited as an example with its environmentally friendly technologies.
