The ingredients you need to make lasagna are:
- Half pack of lasagna
- 300 g minced meat
- 2 pieces of onion
- 2 pieces of tomato
- 2 meal spoon tomato paste
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Salt
For the bechamel sauce:
- 2 spoonful butter
- 4 tablespoons of flour
- 2 water glass milk
For the above:
- Grated cheddar cheese
How to Make Lasagna? Step by Step Lasagna Recipe
To make lasagna, you must first prepare the minced meat mixture. For this, chop the onion and garlic into small pieces. Grate the tomatoes or cut them into cubes. Fry the minced meat in oil in a pan. Add onion, garlic, tomato paste, tomato, salt and black pepper to the roasted ground meat. Cook until your mixture reaches a thick consistency.
For the béchamel sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the flour and roast over low heat. Add the milk little by little and stir constantly. Add salt and black pepper and cook until your sauce thickens.
Oil your baking tray. Pour some bechamel sauce and spread. Arrange a layer of lasagna sheets on top. Sprinkle some of the minced meat mixture. Repeat this way 3-4 more times. The top layer should be lasagna sheets. Pour the remaining béchamel sauce on top and sprinkle grated cheddar cheese.
Preset your oven to 180 degrees. Place your lasagna in the oven and bake for about 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
