How to Make Enchiladas

To make enchiladas, you first need to prepare the sauce. To do this, we put some oil in a pan and fry the tomato paste. We add water to dilute the tomato paste. After it boils, we add garlic, grated tomatoes and other spices and boil it for a while.

For the stuffing, we julienne the chicken and fry it with a spoon or two of oil and onion. We add peppers, black pepper and salt. You can also add grill sauce if you have it.
