Ingredients Required for Gazelle Pastry

To make Gazel Pastry, you first need to prepare the dough. You can use the following ingredients for the dough:

  • 3 water glass flour
  • 1 water glass of water
  • 1 tablespoons of yogurt
  • 1 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 1 eggs
  • 1 tea spoon salt
  • 1 cup of melted butter

You can use the following ingredients for the filling of Gazel Pastry:

  • Minced grams of 250
  • 30 grams of oil
  • 2 boiled potatoes
  • Onion
  • 3 sprigs of parsley
  • Half a glass of wheat starch
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper

How to Make Gazelle Pastry?

To make Gazel Pastry, you first need to prepare the filling. For this, we fry grated onion, grated potato and minced meat in two spoons of oil. Before taking it off the stove, we add salt, black pepper and finely chopped parsley. We mix it and let it cool.

To prepare the dough, we knead the flour, water, yoghurt, oil, egg and salt in a bowl until it reaches the consistency of an earlobe. We divide the dough into walnut-sized pieces and cover it with a damp cloth. After resting the meringues, we roll them thinly with starch and spread them separately.

We spread the first dough on a greased tray or copper tray. If the dough is larger than the tray, we can wrinkle it slightly. We sprinkle a spoon of melted butter over the dough. In this way, we place half of the phyllo dough on the tray.

We spread the stuffing we prepared evenly on the phyllo dough. Then we continue to spread the dough again. We do not forget to put butter on each dough. After all the dough is finished, we cut the pastry into squares.

We spread the mixture of egg yolk and oil on the pastry. We bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until the top and bottom are golden brown.
