AlphaTauri driver Daniel Ricciardo broke his right ankle in an accident at the Dutch Grand Prix.
Ricciardo suffered a minor accident in the second practice session on Friday and was injured after he could not take his hand off the steering wheel.
Ricciardo's surgery, which went to Barcelona for surgery, took place successfully on Sunday.
However, it is stated that Ricciardo's injury is more serious than expected and it seems unlikely that he will compete in Monza.
Red Bull advisor Helmut Marko said: โDaniel's wrist fracture is more complex than it looks. We cannot talk about a simple and straight fracture.โ said.
